3. Responsibility of Merchants and Users:
   Merchants and users of the TelegramSales platform are solely responsible for their actions, including but not limited to the content they upload, the accuracy of product information, fulfillment of orders, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. TelegramSales does not endorse or verify the products or services sold by merchants and users, and disclaims any liability related to such products or services.
4. Payment Processing:
   Payment processing for purchases made through the TelegramSales platform is handled by the payment providers associated with the respective Telegram Bot owner. TelegramSales/Silver Spoon SIA does not process payments directly and bears no responsibility for any issues related to payment processing, including but not limited to unauthorized transactions, payment disputes, or refunds. Any disputes regarding payments must be settled between the buyer and the payment processing provider, without involvement from TelegramSales/Silver Spoon SIA.
5. Intellectual Property:
